  3. Currency & Pricing
    3.1 Prices are shown in USD by default and may automatically convert depending on your location.
    3.2 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice, including offering time-limited discounts or promo codes.
    3.3 You are responsible for any applicable duties or import taxes depending on your country of delivery.

  4. Orders & Fulfillment
    4.1 We use Printify and third-party fulfillment partners to produce and ship items. Production and delivery timeframes may vary by region.
    4.2 You will receive a tracking number once your item ships. Shipping time estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  5. Returns & Refunds
    Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
    5.1 As most items are custom printed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
    5.2 If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
    5.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
